New Cooper Square captures the trendy atmosphere of the neighborhood that the legendary Peter Cooper founded in the College of the 19th century. The trend emerged from combining creative style of a brand new chic with an old New York’s past that includes a warm, spicy and intense fragrance.

More than for 150 years, the Cooper Square played in New York a modest role as the forecourt of the world-renowned Cooper Union College (art, architecture and engineering were taught here) – and was a strategic route between Uptown and  ”super-Downtown “. Today it is a trendy district of The Bowery and New York’s most trendy hot spot.

Recently were opened two absolutely “cool” relevant new hotels – the “Bowery” and the “Cooper Square”.
