The classic look and elegant design of some perfumes would definitely catch the attention of shoppers. I am guilty about this as well, as I would try on a fragrance because its packaging and the bottle caught my attention. One perfume with such a lovely design that I won’t forget is Love by Ralph Lauren. Its heart shaped bottle speaks so much about the perfume. If I remember correctly there was even a limited edition bottle that was released, with a 24 karat hand painted gold cap.

The perfume can be described as floral oriental with top notes include Chinese Magnolia and Mimosa giving it a very floral start. The heart then hides the hints of Bulgarian red rose, Goji berry, with vintage champagne and cool green water for a sparkling and sophisticated fragrance. The great thing about Love is that it veered off the traditional sweet, candy scent that is prominent in most perfumes. It somewhat has a little dark and sensual feel in it. The base was perfectly blended with creamy sandalwood and golden amber.

This perfume definitely has the best staying power on skin; I think it is worth it to spend a little extra on this one. Love by Ralph Lauren truly sets off the hint of a romantic atmosphere but in a more elegant and sophisticated tone.
